Want to serve Jesus? Come to the Neighborhood Lunch on October 25th!

Neighborhood lunch The Neighborhood Lunch is a long-standing program offered to the University Circle community on the last Sunday of every month.  It's timed so that people can have a hot meal and good, encouraging conversation right at the point in the month when their food stamps and government assistance tend to run out.  Last month we served 50 people despite the unseasonably cold and rainy weather

If you would love to offer some food, come and set up, serve, or simply sit and talk with neighborhood folks who visit the lunch, you're in luck!

This month, come on October 25th, at Epworth Euclid UMC in the Great Hall downstairs, right after church.  The doors open at 1:00 pm and lunch is served cafeteria-style at 1:30.  Clean up is usually done by 2:30-3:00 pm.

Please contact Jennifer Bier at j_bier@hotmail.com or call the Epworth Euclid church office at 216.421.1200 if you're interested in serving our community at the lunch this month.
